Marion Frazier is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Qualified Mental Health Professional with over 33 years of experience in the human services field. Throughout his extensive career, Marion has conducted in-depth research and provided dedicated support to justice-involved individuals, working closely with law enforcement agencies, parole officers, and probation departments to facilitate successful reintegration into society. As the owner of a transitional housing program, he offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals navigating the challenges of reentry, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to fostering positive change and promoting recovery within the community.

Transitioning his clinical and advocate focus over the years, Harrison has built a versatile career that spans vital areas of human services—moving from foundational youth development to reentry and rehabilitation.
